Return Policy

Our Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy on our jewelry from the date of purchase. You may return an item so long as it is never worn and in new condition or if there are problems with the product. These include defects in the manufacturing or quality of the product.

How to Initiate a Return

You must contact us at: support@hilltopglowstudio.com to initiate the return. Returns sent without contacting us will be denied.

Please include your order number and email address, as well as any other relevant information to the sale with your return so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

Your return will be issued in the same form of payment for which it was received or if you are requesting an exchange, we will replace your item, so long as that is possible.

Repairs

We may also make repairs to the item, if that is possible and within our wheelhouse. We will send you pictures of the repair work before we send it to you for your approval.

Outside the 30 Day Window

If your purchase is past the 30 day window and any defect or problem arises, please contact us anyway. W e will address any concerns you have on an individual basis and at our own discretion.

We endeavor to satisfy our customers and only want to sell high quality products that are made to last. For example, if a bracelet you purchase has a clasp that fails after the 30 day window and the product has experienced normal wear, we want to know. We may replace or repair the product.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. You can either ship the item yourself via the USPS or request a shipping label from us at our discounted price. We will email the label to you to print. If you do not have access to a printer, we can also send you a physical label if that is your preference.
